From Sligo City Centre, walk to the Sligo Bus Station located at Quay Street. Take the Bus Éireann route 477 towards Ballina. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Agharrow. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Agharrow, walk towards the main road and follow the signs for Staid Abbey, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you are starting from the center of Sligo, you can walk to Staid Abbey by heading west on O'Connell Street. Continue straight onto the R287 road. After about 3.5 kilometers, you will see signs for Agharrow. Keep walking until you reach Staid Abbey, which will be on your left.
