From Sligo town centre, head to the Bus Eireann station located on Cleveragh Road. Take the Bus Eireann route 490 towards Strandhill. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Strandhill stop, which is the main stop in the village. From the bus stop, walk towards the Strandhill beach. Continue along the beach path until you reach the main road. Strandhill Flats will be on your right along Carrowdough. Look for the specific address signage.
