Continue walking until you reach the bridge over the River Garavogue. Cross the bridge and follow the road straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the R291, which will take you towards Rosses Point. Follow this road for about 4km. As you approach Rosses Point, keep an eye out for signs directing you to The Metal Man. When you reach the seaside, turn right onto the coast road. The Metal Man is located on a small rocky outcrop at the end of this road. It is approximately a 50-minute walk from the town center.
