If you're driving to Cascade de Torc, start from Killarney town center. Head southwest on Main Street (N71) towards New Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto the N71. Follow this road for about 4 km, and you will see signs for Torc Waterfall. Turn left onto the L2012, which leads to the waterfall parking area. There is a parking fee of approximately €5 for the day.

To reach Cascade de Torc using public transport, take the Bus Éireann route 40 or 40X from Killarney town center to the Torc Waterfall stop. The journey takes around 15-20 minutes.
