By Car
If you're traveling by car, take the A26 from the center of Ulster towards Ballymoney, then merge onto the A29 towards Bushmills. Follow the A29 to the junction with the A2, where you will turn left onto the A2, which leads directly to Bushmills. Once in Bushmills, follow Dunluce Road (B146) for approximately 2 miles, and you will see Dunluce Castle on your right. There is parking available near the castle, but note that there may be a parking fee.
By Public Transport
To reach Dunluce Castle using public transportation, take a bus from your location in Ulster to Bushmills. The bus service is operated by Translink, and you can check their schedule online. Once you arrive at Bushmills, you will need to take a short walk (about 20 minutes) to reach the castle. Head west on Main Street and turn onto Dunluce Road; the castle will be on your left. Make sure to check the return bus times so you can plan your visit accordingly.
Walking from Bushmills
If you are already in Bushmills, you can walk to Dunluce Castle. Start from the town center, head west on Main Street, then turn left onto Dunluce Road (B146). The walk is approximately 1.5 miles and should take about 30 minutes. The scenic route offers beautiful views of the coast, so take your time and enjoy the sights along the way.
