Walking
From the center of Westport, head east on Bridge Street towards the Westport House. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the N59. Follow the N59 for approximately 10 kilometers. You will pass through the village of Newport. After Newport, continue on the N59 until you reach the sign for Cong. Turn right onto the R345 at the Cong junction. Follow the R345 into Cong village. Once in Cong, head towards Abbey Street, where you will find Saint Mary's Church located at the end of the street.
Bus
From Westport, you can take a bus to Cong. Walk to the Westport Bus Station, which is located on the Quay. Check the schedule for buses heading towards Cong; they are typically provided by the Local Link service. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Cong, walk towards Abbey Street, where Saint Mary's Church is located.
