From the center of Westport, head north on Bridge Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the end of the street. Take the second exit onto the R335. Follow the R335 for approximately 5 kilometers. You will pass through beautiful countryside. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Doo Lough, which will be on your right. The walk will take about 1 hour, so wear comfortable shoes and enjoy the scenic views along the way.
