Walking
From the center of Westport, head east on Bridge Street towards the Quay. Continue onto the Quay Road and follow it until you reach the junction with the N59. Cross the road carefully and turn left onto the N59. Walk along the N59 for about 1.5 km until you reach the town of Newport. From Newport, you can pick up the Greenway cycle path that will take you towards Mulranny. Follow the Greenway for approximately 7 km, enjoying the scenic views along the way. The path will eventually lead you to Mulranny Causeway.

In Westport, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops. Start your journey by heading east on Bridge Street and turning onto the Quay Road. Continue until you reach the N59 and turn left. Once you reach Newport, follow the Greenway cycle path. The Greenway is well marked and will guide you directly to Mulranny Causeway, approximately 7 km from Newport. The cycling path is scenic and safe for travelers.
