From Wexford town centre, walk to the bus stop at Wexford Bus Station located on the Quay. Look for a bus heading towards Waterford, which will take approximately 40 minutes. Upon arrival at Waterford Train Station, exit the station and turn right onto the Quay. Walk straight for approximately 15 minutes along the Quay, and you will find Reginald's Tower on your right.

If you're already in Wexford town centre and prefer to walk, head towards the Quay area. Walk down North Main Street until you reach the Quay, then turn left. Continue walking along the Quay for about 1.5 miles (approximately 30 minutes on foot). Reginald's Tower will be on your right as you approach the waterfront.

For a more active option, consider renting a bicycle in Wexford town. Follow the cycle path from Wexford to Waterford along the scenic route. The ride will take roughly 40 minutes. Once you reach Waterford, follow the signs to the Quay, and you'll see Reginald's Tower as you approach the water.
