Getting There

Bus
From Wexford town, head to the Wexford Bus Station located at 1-2 Station Road. Board the bus to Rosslare Harbour (Bus Eireann route 40). The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Rosslare Harbour stop. From there, you will need to walk approximately 3.5 km to Hook Lighthouse. Head southwest on the R736 road towards Churchtown. Follow the signs directing you to Hook Lighthouse. The lighthouse will be visible as you approach.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Wexford town. Start from the town center and head towards the R741 road. Follow the R741 towards Rosslare for about 12 km. When you reach the junction for the R736, turn left. Continue along the R736, which will lead you directly to Hook Head.
