If you are driving, start from the center of Wicklow Mountains and head towards the N11 road. Follow the N11 northbound until you reach the junction with the R118. Take the exit for the R118 towards Killiney. Continue on the R118, following signs for Killiney Hill. As you drive, you will see signs directing you to Killiney Hill Park. Once you arrive at Killiney Hill, you can find parking nearby. The park entrance is clearly marked.

To reach Killiney Hill Park by public transport, take a bus from Wicklow Mountains to Dublin. Look for buses heading to Dalkey or Killiney. Once you arrive at Killiney, you will need to walk to the park. From the bus stop, head towards Killiney Hill Road and follow it up the hill.
