If you are in the heart of Castletown, start at the Castle Rushen located at the center of the town. From Castle Rushen, head south towards the harbor. As you reach the harbor, take a left turn and follow the coastline along the promenade. Continue walking along the water until you see The Herring Tower in the distance, situated on a small rocky outcrop. It will be to your right as you approach the end of the promenade.
