Car
From Glen Maye, head southeast on Main Road (A1) toward the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the A2. Continue on the A2 for about 4 miles, following signs for Douglas. As you approach Douglas, stay in the right lane to merge onto the A5 (Queens Promenade). Continue on this road until you reach the Tower of Refuge, located on St Mary's Isle, which will be visible off the coast.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Glen Maye, take the bus service number 2 towards Douglas. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the bus stop at the Sea Terminal in Douglas. From there, you can take a short walk towards the waterfront and follow the promenade to reach the Tower of Refuge, which is located on St Mary's Isle. Note that the bus fare is approximately £2.70 for a single journey.

Walking (from Douglas)
After reaching the Sea Terminal in Douglas, take a leisurely walk along the promenade. Head towards the Tower of Refuge, which is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the terminal. Enjoy the scenic views of the bay as you approach the tower situated on St Mary's Isle. This walk is free of charge.
