    From Glen Maye, head north on the A1 road. Continue for approximately 10 miles until you reach Douglas. Follow the signs for the A2 towards the seafront. Once you arrive at the promenade, park your car at one of the public car parks available along the promenade. From there, walk towards the water, and you will see the Tower of Refuge situated on St Mary's Isle, just offshore.
