Getting There

    From the center of Peel, head east on the promenade along the coastal path. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade, where you'll come to a junction with the main road called the A1. Turn left onto the A1, which is also known as the Douglas Road. Follow this road as it winds through the countryside, keeping an eye out for the bus stops along the way. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at a bus stop. Here, you can catch a bus heading towards Douglas. Make sure to check the bus schedule to know the exact times.

    Once on the bus, take the route heading to Douglas. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. As you approach Douglas, look out for the Fort Anne Road stop. After you disembark, you will see a sign directing you towards Douglas Head. Follow the signs which will lead you uphill along Fort Anne Road. The walk is a gradual incline, and you will have scenic views along the way.
