Bus
To reach the Isle of Man Steam Railway at Douglas Station from Ramsey, start by walking to the Ramsey Bus Station, located on Market Place. From there, take the 3 or 3A bus towards Douglas. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Douglas Bus Station', disembark and follow the signs to the main exit. From the bus station, head towards Railway Terrace, which is about a 10-minute walk. Simply follow the road signs pointing to the railway station, and you will arrive at the Isle of Man Steam Railway.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, it is approximately a 10-mile trek from Ramsey to Douglas. Start at the center of Ramsey, heading south along the A18 road. You will walk through scenic views, passing through the village of Ballaugh. Continue on the A18 until you reach Douglas. Once you get to Douglas, follow the signs for the Isle of Man Steam Railway, which is located at Railway Terrace. This journey could take around 3-4 hours, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
