From the Ramsey town center, head northeast on Market Place toward Parliament Street. Continue straight onto the A9 (North Shore Road) for about 0.5 miles. As you walk, you will see the sea on your left. Continue along the road which will lead you directly to Ramsey Bay. You’ll reach the bay area, where you can enjoy the scenic views.
