If you are driving from Snaefell, start by heading southeast on the A18 road. Continue on the A18 for about 6 miles until you reach the roundabout at the junction with the A5 road. Take the second exit onto the A5, continuing for approximately 1.5 miles. Look for signs directing you to Dhoon Glen. You will take a left turn onto a narrow road leading you directly to the Dhoon Glen car park. There may be an entry fee for parking, so be prepared for a small charge.

From Snaefell, take the bus service that heads towards Douglas (Bus number 2 or 3 are suitable). Disembark at the 'Ballagarey' stop after about 20 minutes. After getting off, walk back to the roundabout and take the A5 road, heading towards Dhoon Glen. It's about a 1-mile walk from the bus stop to Dhoon Glen. Be aware that buses operate on a limited schedule, so check the timetable in advance to avoid long waits.
