Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the Old City of Acre, start at the entrance of the Citadel, located on Ha-Hagana Street. Walk south towards the waterfront, taking in the views of the Mediterranean Sea. Continue along the promenade until you reach the square at the end of the harbor. From here, head east along the port area and take the first left onto Portsei ha-Mivtsar Street. Hamam al-Basha will be on your left, just a short walk down the street.

    If you are at the Acre Bus Station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Turn right onto the main road (Ha-Rishonim Street) and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes. Continue walking until you see the sign for the Old City. Enter through the Old City gate and make your way towards the Citadel. From the Citadel, follow the previous directions along the waterfront to Hamam al-Basha.

    If you are near the Knights' Halls, exit the building and head towards the southern exit of the Knights' Halls. Walk straight down the street, and you will see the Mediterranean Sea ahead. Turn left and follow the shoreline until you reach the square at the harbor. From there, follow the port area east and take the first left onto Portsei ha-Mivtsar Street. Hamam al-Basha will be on your left.
