The buses run approximately every 30 minutes. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the 'Haifa Central Bus Station'. This journey should take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Upon arrival at the bus station, follow the signs to the exit and head towards the bus stop for local buses.

At the Haifa Central Bus Station, look for the bus number 37 or 38 that goes to Mount Carmel National Park. The local buses are well signposted. It will take about 20-30 minutes to reach the park. Get off at the 'Mount Carmel' stop, which is the closest drop-off point to the park entrance. From there, you can follow the signs directing you to the park entrance, which is a short walk away.
