Getting There

Walking

If you are starting from the Old City of Acre, head towards the northern exit of the Old City walls. Walk straight down towards the Mediterranean coast until you reach the seafront promenade, which is called the Tayelet. Turn left and follow the promenade for about 1.5 kilometers (approximately 20 minutes) until you reach the Hebraica Cultural Center. From there, continue along the coast path until you see signs for Tiberias. Follow the path leading up to the main road, Highway 90. The Church of the Beatitudes is located on the right side of the road.
Public Transport

From Acre, you can take a bus from the central bus station. Look for buses heading towards Tiberias; they are frequent and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once on the bus, ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Church of the Beatitudes, or keep an eye out for signs indicating the stop. After disembarking, walk approximately 500 meters north along the road until you see the church.
Bicycle

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Acre. Start from the Old City and head towards the seafront promenade. Once you are on the Tayelet, follow the coastal road towards Tiberias. The ride is about 12 kilometers (approximately 45 minutes) and offers beautiful views of the sea. Once you reach Tiberias, look for signs for Highway 90 and head north until you see the church on your right.
