Getting There

• Walking

  From the Old City of Acre, head towards the main entrance of the city at the Citadel. Once you exit the Citadel, walk straight towards the coast until you reach the beach promenade. Follow the promenade north along the coastline. Continue walking until you reach the junction with Route 90, which will be approximately a 30-minute walk. Turn left onto Route 90 and keep walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Ginosar as you approach the area. The Yigal Allon Centre will be on your right side. It's a well-marked location, so you can't miss it.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From the Old City of Acre, walk to the Acre central bus station located on Hatzor Street. Once at the bus station, look for a bus heading towards Tiberias or Ginosar. Buses frequently run along this route, and you can ask the station staff for assistance if needed. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ginosar stop, the Yigal Allon Centre is just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the directional signs towards the museum.

• Bicycle Rental

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Acre. Start at the main square (Khan al-Umdan) and head towards the coast. Follow the coastline north along the bike path. Continue until you reach Route 90, then turn left and ride for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Yigal Allon Centre on your right. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on your speed.
