Walking
From the Akko Old City, head towards the main square (Sculpture Garden). Once you reach the garden, take a left onto Hativat Golani Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Route 79. Turn right onto Route 79 and follow the signs towards Emek HaYarden (Capharnaum). It is approximately a 1.5 km walk along this route, which should take around 20-25 minutes. You will pass by local shops and cafes along the way.

From the Akko central bus station, board a bus heading towards Tiberias or the Sea of Galilee. Make sure to inform the driver that you are going to Emek HaYarden (Capharnaum). The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive, the site is a short walk from the bus stop. Look for directional signs to guide you to the entrance of Capharnaum.
