From the Templar Tunnel entrance, head south on the narrow path leading out of the tunnel. As you exit, you will find yourself on Ha-Hagana Street (Ha-Hagana St). Continue walking straight on this street for about 300 meters. You will pass by some shops and cafes on your left and right. Keep an eye on the street signs to ensure you remain on Ha-Hagana St.
