If you are traveling by car within the Arava region, head north on Route 90. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Route 767. Turn left onto Route 767 and follow the signs for Arbel National Park. The park entrance will be on your right after about 10 kilometers. Make sure to check the opening hours of the park before you go, as it typically opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 4:00 PM.

For those using public transportation, you can catch a bus from Eilat or other major cities in the Arava region to Tiberias.
