Public Transport - Bus
From the center of Ashdod, head to the main bus station located at HaShalom Street. Take bus number 500 or 601 towards Jerusalem. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, follow the signs to exit the station. From there, take the light rail towards City Hall and get off at the 'Yad Vashem' stop. The museum is a short walk from the station.
Public Transport - Train
From Ashdod, go to the Ashdod Ad Halom train station. Board a train to Jerusalem Malha station. The train ride takes about 45 minutes. After arriving at Malha station, take bus number 24 towards the 'Hatikva' neighborhood and get off at the 'Yad Vashem' stop. The museum is located just a short walk from the bus stop.
Walking - From Jerusalem Central Bus Station
If you are arriving at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, you can walk to Yad Vashem. Exit the bus station and head east on Jaffa Street. After about 10 minutes, turn right onto Sderot Herzl. Continue straight for about 20 minutes, and you will reach Yad Vashem, which is located on the left side of the road. Look for the signs directing you to the museum entrance.
