From Beersheba central bus station (תחנה מרכזית באר שבע), take bus number 5 towards 'Har Hatzofim'. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Beit Eshel' bus stop. Once you disembark, follow the signs towards the observation point, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the stop.
