You will need to pass through the checkpoint into Israel. After passing through, you can catch a local bus or continue walking. If you choose to take a bus, look for a bus heading towards the Dead Sea area; inform the driver you're going to Neve Midbar Beach. The beach is located about 30 minutes away by bus from the checkpoint.
