Walk straight along this road until you reach the Bethlehem Checkpoint (also known as the Separation Wall). After passing through the checkpoint, you will be in Jerusalem. Continue straight until you reach the light rail station (the nearest is the 'Checkpoint 300' stop). From there, take the light rail towards 'Harel' and get off at 'Mount Scopus' station. From there, follow the signs towards Mt. Scopus, which is a short walk away.
