Walking
From the center of Bethlehem, head towards Manger Square. Once you reach Manger Square, look for the entrance to the Church of the Nativity. After visiting the church, exit and walk towards the main road (Bethlehem-Jerusalem Road). Follow the signs pointing towards Jerusalem. Continue walking for about 30 minutes until you reach the checkpoint at the border of Bethlehem and Jerusalem. After passing through the checkpoint, you will need to walk about 15 more minutes into Jerusalem. Keep an eye out for signs leading to Yemin Moshe, a beautiful neighborhood that is located just outside the Old City of Jerusalem.

From Bethlehem, walk to the main bus station located close to Manger Square. Once there, take a bus marked for Jerusalem. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. After arriving in Jerusalem, get off at the Central Bus Station. From there, you can either walk or take a local bus towards Yemin Moshe.
