From the center of Caesarea, head towards the main road (Route 2) that runs along the coast. Walk north along the beach promenade for approximately 30 minutes. You will pass several cafes and beach access points. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Heftziba. Once you reach the main intersection, continue walking straight until you see the entrance to the Beit Alfa Synagogue on your right.
