Getting There

Bus
From the center of Caesarea, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Caesarea - The Theatre'. Here, you can catch a bus heading towards 'Hadera' or 'Megiddo'. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the stop called 'Megiddo Junction'. From there, you will need to transfer to a local bus heading directly to 'Megiddo National Park'. This bus ride will take about 20 minutes. The park entrance is well marked, and you will need to walk a short distance from the bus stop to the entrance of the park.

Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from a rental shop in Caesarea. Head north on the coastal road (Route 2) towards the direction of Hadera. This route is scenic and relatively flat. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will see signs for 'Megiddo National Park'. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the park entrance. Make sure to wear a helmet and stay safe on the road!

If you prefer to walk, you can take a leisurely stroll towards Megiddo National Park, but be prepared for a longer journey. Start at the Caesarea National Park entrance and walk along the beach promenade heading north until you reach the main road (Route 2). Cross the road and follow the signs to 'Megiddo'. The total walking distance is about 8 kilometers, which will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way!
