To reach Wadi Rum Protected Area from Eilat, start by heading to the Eilat Central Bus Station located at Ha'atzmaut Street. You can take a taxi or walk to the station if it's nearby. Once at the bus station, look for the bus heading towards Aqaba, Jordan. The buses to Aqaba run frequently, so you should not have to wait long. The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Upon arriving in Aqaba, you will need to go through border control to enter Jordan. Make sure to have your passport and any necessary visas ready. After crossing the border, you can take a taxi from the Aqaba bus station to Wadi Rum. The taxi ride will take around 1 hour.
