Getting There

Walking
Starting from the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve entrance, head along the main path towards the lower pools. Continue straight until you reach the first set of stairs that lead up to the upper trails. Take the stairs and follow the signs for the Hidden Waterfall, which will guide you past lush vegetation and rocky terrain. After about 30 minutes of hiking, you will reach a fork in the path. Take the left trail, which leads you deeper into the canyon. Follow this trail for another 15 minutes, and you will hear the sound of water cascading. Continue until you arrive at the Hidden Waterfall.

If you are starting from the Ein Gedi Kibbutz, exit the kibbutz area and head south toward the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve entrance. Once you reach the entrance, follow the same path as previously mentioned, heading towards the lower pools and then up the stairs to the upper trails. Look for the signs directing you to the Hidden Waterfall. It will take approximately 1 hour of hiking from the kibbutz to reach the waterfall.

For those starting at the Ein Gedi Spa, exit the spa and walk towards the entrance of the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve. Once you arrive at the entrance, follow the main path to the lower pools. After approximately 10 minutes, take the stairs leading to the upper trails. Continue following the signs to the Hidden Waterfall, which is about a 45-minute hike from the lower pools.
