Continue along the trail, which is well-marked, until you reach the split for Nahal David and Nahal Arugot. Take the left path towards Nahal Arugot. As you ascend, keep an eye out for the signs indicating the route to הר ישי. The hike will involve some elevation gain, so be prepared for a moderate climb.

Once you are on the Nahal Arugot trail, continue following the path until you reach the junction leading to הר ישי. This section may include some rocky areas, so watch your footing. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you'll start seeing trail markers directing you towards הר ישי. The final approach involves a bit of scrambling, so take your time and enjoy the views as you get closer.
