    Getting There

    Walking

    From the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve entrance, head south along the main path. Follow the signs for 'Lot's Cave' which will lead you toward the mountainous area. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will reach a fork in the path; take the left fork which will take you uphill. Continue for another 10 minutes until you see signs indicating 'Lot's Cave'. The cave entrance is well marked, and you will find it approximately 5 minutes further on this path.

    Public Transport

    If you're starting from the Ein Gedi Kibbutz, take the local bus heading toward the Dead Sea. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the 'Lot's Cave' stop. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Once you get off, follow the path leading towards the cave entrance which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
