From the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve entrance, head south on the main path until you reach the Dead Sea. Continue walking along the shore until you reach the nearest bus stop at Ein Gedi Kibbutz. From there, take the bus towards Jerusalem. You will need to get off at the nearest stop to the Church of Saint Peter in Gallicantu, which is located in Jerusalem. After getting off the bus, walk to the Church, which is about a 15-minute walk away. Follow the signs toward the Old City, and the church will be on your left.

From Ein Gedi, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the Ein Gedi Kibbutz. Board a bus heading towards Jerusalem. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Jerusalem, get off at the 'Mount Zion' bus stop. From there, walk towards the Church of Saint Peter in Gallicantu, which is about a 10-15 minute walk. Follow the signs leading to Mount Zion, and you will find the church located on the hill.
