If you are starting from the center of Hadera, head southeast towards the Hadera River. Follow the riverbanks until you see the sign for the Heftziba area. Continue along the path that runs parallel to the river until you reach Heftziba. The Beit Alfa Synagogue will be on your right as you enter the area, clearly marked with signs.
