Public Bus
From Hadera, head to the Hadera Central Bus Station (תחנת אוטובוסים מרכזית חדרה). You can take bus line 200 or 202, both of which head towards Afula. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Megiddo Junction stop (צומת מגידו). From there, you will need to walk about 1.5 kilometers to reach the entrance of Megiddo National Park. Follow the signs towards the park, and you will see the entrance on your right.
Shared Taxi (Sherut)
At the Hadera Central Bus Station, look for shared taxi services (שירות) that operate towards Afula or Megiddo. These taxis usually leave when they are full, so wait for a few passengers to join. The ride will take around 25-30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Megiddo Junction. From the junction, you can either walk 1.5 kilometers to the park entrance or ask the driver if they can drop you closer.
Walking
If you are staying in the central area of Hadera, you can also choose to walk to the Megiddo Junction (approximately 5 kilometers). Start at the city center and head north towards the main road (Route 65). Continue walking in the direction of the Megiddo Junction. Once you reach the junction, follow the signs towards the Megiddo National Park entrance, which is about 1.5 kilometers down the road on your right.
