From the center of Hadera, walk to the main bus station located on HaNassi Street. Take bus number 50 towards Haifa. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Haifa Central Bus Station, you will need to transfer to bus number 25 or 26, which will take you directly to Wadi Nisnas. Get off the bus at the stop labeled 'Wadi Nisnas'.

Head to the Hadera West train station. You can walk there from the center of Hadera; it's about a 15-minute walk. Once at the station, take a train heading towards Haifa. The train ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the Haifa Bat Galim station. From there, it's a 20-minute walk to Wadi Nisnas. Head north on Bat Galim Street, then turn right onto Hatzionut Street, and follow the signs to Wadi Nisnas.
