Car
If you're driving from Haifa Beaches, head south on Route 2 (the Coastal Highway) towards Tel Aviv. After approximately 15 minutes, take the exit toward Atlit (Exit 26). Continue on the access road until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Moshav Atlit and follow the signs to the beach. There is parking available near the beach, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around 20-30 shekels for the day.
Public Transportation
To reach Atlit Beach using public transportation, take the Metronit (bus rapid transit) line 1 from Haifa Central Station toward the Technion. Get off at the 'Technion' stop and transfer to the 16 bus toward Atlit. After about 20 minutes, you will arrive at the 'Atlit' bus stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the beach. Be sure to check the bus schedules, as they may vary, and a one-way ticket costs approximately 5.50 shekels.
Taxi
For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Haifa Beaches to Atlit Beach. This option is quicker, taking about 20 minutes depending on traffic. The fare should be around 100-120 shekels. Ensure to agree on a price before starting your journey if the taxi meter is not used.
