Make sure to have your fare ready, and you can pay for your ticket on the bus. After about 40 minutes, you will arrive at the 'Rosh HaNikra' stop. From there, follow the signs to the Grottoes, which is about a 10-minute walk downhill.

You can also take a train to get to Rosh HaNikra. Start at 'Haifa Merkaz' train station located in downtown Haifa. Purchase a ticket for the train heading towards Nahariya. The trip should take around 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Rosh HaNikra' station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs directing you to the Grottoes, which is a short 15-minute walk. Make sure to check the train schedule ahead of time for the latest departure information.

For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Haifa. Begin your ride from the Haifa Port area, heading north along the coastal promenade. Once you arrive, there will be bike racks available near the entrance to the Grottoes.
