Make your way to the Herzliya train station. Take a train heading towards Tel Aviv University. This ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the Tel Aviv-Hashalom station. From there, you can either take a bus or a taxi to reach Kaufmann St. If you choose to walk, it will take approximately 30 minutes; head towards the east and walk towards Kaufmann Street to find Park HaTachana.

If you are relatively close to the beach area in Herzliya, you can enjoy a scenic walk. Head towards the coastline and walk south along the promenade. Following the coastline will take you towards Tel Aviv. Once you reach Kaufmann Street, you will see Park HaTachana nearby. The walk can take around 1.5 to 2 hours, but it provides beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
