From the beach area in Herzliya Pituach, head east towards Natan Alterman Street. Walk north along the beach promenade until you reach the intersection with Natan Alterman Street. Turn left onto Natan Alterman Street and continue walking for about 10 minutes. Picolonia City will be on your right at Natan Alterman St 8.

If you're near the main road, you can take bus line 90 from the nearest bus stop. Board the bus heading to Tel Aviv and get off at the 'Natan Alterman / HaSharon' stop. From there, walk south along Natan Alterman Street for about 5 minutes, and Picolonia City will be on your left at Natan Alterman St 8. The bus fare is approximately 5.10 NIS.
