Bus
From any point in Herzliya, head to the nearest bus stop. Look for bus lines 90 or 89, which go towards Tel Aviv. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the 'Hagana' train station in Tel Aviv. Once you arrive at 'Hagana' station, transfer to the light rail (Tachana Merkazit) and take the line towards 'Yafo'. Get off at the 'Clock Tower' station, which is a short walk from the Jaffa Clock Tower.
