From the center of Hod Hasharon, head towards the nearest bus stop. You can ask locals for directions to the bus stop that services line 29. Once at the bus stop, board the bus heading towards Tel Aviv. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'HaShalom' station in Tel Aviv. From there, walk towards the 'Yitzhak Rabin Center' which is located at Chaim Levanon St 8. It should take you around 15 minutes on foot. Follow the signs for the Yitzhak Rabin Center, and you will see the entrance.
