From Hod Hasharon, walk to the nearest bus stop (look for signs indicating bus lines). Board bus line 149 or 153 towards Tel Aviv. After approximately 25-30 minutes, get off at 'Hagana' station in Tel Aviv. From there, transfer to bus line 5 or 25 towards 'Tel Aviv - Rothschild Blvd'. Ride for about 10-15 minutes and get off at 'Lilienblum St' stop. Walk about 2 minutes to reach Lilienblum St 3.
Train
Head to the Hod Hasharon Sokolov train station. Take a train towards Tel Aviv, and disembark at 'Tel Aviv - Savidor Center' station (approximately 20 minutes). If choosing to walk, exit the station and head southwest on 'Menachem Begin Rd', then turn onto 'Lilienblum St'.

Alternatively, if you feel adventurous and are in good shape, walk to the Tel Aviv-Jaffa border, which is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour walk, and navigate towards Lilienblum St 3 by heading towards Rothschild Blvd and then turning onto Lilienblum St.
