From Holon, head to the Holon Central Bus Station. Take bus line 6 towards Tel Aviv. After about 25 minutes, get off at the Tel Aviv Central Bus Station. From there, transfer to bus line 480 towards Jerusalem. It will take approximately 1 hour to reach Jerusalem. Once in Jerusalem, disembark at the stop for the Dung Gate.

Walk to the Holon-Wolfson train station. Take a train heading towards Tel Aviv HaShalom. After a 15-minute ride, transfer at Tel Aviv HaShalom to the train towards Jerusalem. The train ride will take about 45 minutes. Disembark at the Jerusalem Malha station, then take bus line 99 or 28 to the Dung Gate stop.

Walk to the nearest bus stop in Holon and take bus line 8 towards Tel Aviv. After approximately 20 minutes, arrive at Tel Aviv Central Bus Station. From there, take bus line 480 towards Jerusalem, which will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Jerusalem, get off at the Dung Gate stop.
