Head to the Holon-Wolfson train station. Take the train towards Tel Aviv and get off at the 'Tel Aviv HaShalom' station. From there, exit the station and head towards the main road, then walk south on HaYarkon Street. Continue walking until you reach Jerusalem Beach, which will be on your left.
