Moy took me on an incredible run through Tel Aviv, weaving through diverse neighborhoods and sharing the deep history of the city. It was a mix of emotions—witnessing moments of sadness and joy, both from recent times and across the past century. I loved how the tour combined fascinating history with a fun exploration of Tel Aviv—especially as it was my very first day in Israel! Moy was a gracious guide before, during, and after. I couldn’t recommend this tour more to fellow runners!

That alone makes it something truly special. It wasn’t just a run, it was a powerful experience that pushed me physically and mentally in the best way possible. This is definitely an experience you shouldn’t miss. I highly recommend Israel Trail Running to anyone who wants to challenge themselves while exploring the incredible nature of Israel.
